Haik Martirosyan and Emin Ohanyan are among the leaders

Armenian chess players GM Haik Martirosyan and GM Emin Ohanyan are among the leaders at the Sardinia World Chess Festival 2026, taking place in Italy.

With 3.5 points out of 4, Haik and Emin are currently tied for 1st-14th place.

GM Mamikon Gharibyan and FM Sargis Manukyan are also participating in the tournament, each with 2.5 points.
