The winner of the tournament dedicated to the memory of Hovhannes Danielyan is Manvel Arakelyan

From May 9 to 15, the second round-robin tournament dedicated to the memory of GM Hovhannes Danielyan was held at the Chess Academy of Armenia, bringing together strong and promising chess players.

The tournament featured exciting games, intense battles, and impressive victories, once again highlighting the chess legacy left by Hovhannes Danielyan.

After 9 rounds, the top three winners of the memorial tournament are:
1st place: FM Manvel Arakelyan — 6 points
2nd place: IM Erik Hakobyan — 6 points
3rd place: IM Seyed Kian Poormosavi — 5.5 points
