European Junior U20 Chess Championship

From August 6 to 15, the 2026 European Junior U20 Chess Championship is taking place in Cetinje, Montenegro.

Representing Armenia in the Open section are GM Emin Ohanyan, IM Arsen Davtyan, IM Robert Piliposyan, IM Vahe Sukiasyan, IM Aleks Sahakyan, FM Rudolf Pashikyan, FM Edgar Andreasyan, FM Manvel Arakelyan, and CM Aleksandr Avanesyan.

Competing for Armenia in the Girls section are WFM Polina Kobak, WFM Nvard Hayrapetyan, Emma Mkhitaryan and Angelina Mirakyan.
