The World Youth Championship is concluded

The World Youth U14, U16, U18 Championship 2023 is concluded.

Here are the results of Armenian chess players.

In the Open 14 tournament, FM Benik Agasarov scored 8 points out of 11 and shared the 5-10th places, taking the 10th place with additional indicators.

In the Open 16 tournament, FM Robert Piliposyan scored 7.5 points and shared the 9th-12th places, taking the 10th place with additional indicators. FM Erik Gasparyan scored 7 points.

In the Open 18 tournament, IM Emin Ohanyan and FM Arsen Davtyan scored 6.5 points. FM Aleks Sahakyan scored 6 points.

In the Girls 14 tournament, Ani Avetisyan scored 7 points. Anahit Mkrtchyan scored 6.5 points.

In the Girls 16 tournament, Nvard Hayrapetyan scored 5.5 points.

In the Girls 18 tournament, Astghik Hakobyan scored 6.5 points.

Nvard Hayrapetyan (183 points), Anahit Mkrtchyan (77 points), Robert Piliposyan (22 points) and Erik Gasparyan (20 points) significantly improved their ratings.
