We finally have a sole leader in the women's championship

The 6th round of the 84th Armenian Chess Championship and the 79th Armenian Women's Championship has ended.

All men's championship games ended in a draw today. GM Samvel Ter-Sahakyan continues to be the sole leader, with 4.5 points.

GM Manuel Petrosyan and GM Zaven Andriasian are half a point behind the leader.

After the 6th round, we finally have a sole leader in the women's fight. WIM Susanna Gaboyan defeated WGM Maria Gevorgyan today and became the leader with 5 points.

Milena Gasparyan, WFM Anna Khachatryan and WFM Mariam Avetisyan are half a point behind the leader.
