The last round of the Armenian championships has started

The last round of the 84th Armenian Chess Championship and 79th Armenian Chess Women's Championship is underway at the Tigran Petrosyan Chess House-Sports School.

Before the last round, the sole leader of the men's championship is GM Samvel Ter-Sahakyan, who has 5.5 points.

GM Robert Hovhannisyan and GM Mamikon Gharibyan are half a point behind the leader.

Before the last round, the sole leader of the women's championship is WIM Susanna Gaboyan, who has 6.5 points.

WFM Mariam Avetisyan is half a point behind the leader.
