Yerevan stage of the Armenian Youth Chess Championship

The Yerevan stage of the Armenian Youth Chess Championship continues at the Chess Academy of Armenia.

In the U8 tournament the leaders are Hayk Ivanyan, Gevorg Geghamyan and Daniel Matevosyan, who won all 5 games.

In the U10 tournament the leaders are Marat Atabekyan, Meruzhan Markosyan and Grigory Galstyan, who won all 5 games.

In the U12 tournament the sole leader is Gagik Konjarov, who won all 5 games.

In the U14 tournament the sole leader is Hayk Maghakyan, who won all 5 games.

In the G10 tournament the leaders are Ani Gargrtsyan, Katrin Yesayan, Larisa Ghazaryan and Natali Gharibyan, who have 4 points out of 5.

Due to the insufficient number of participants, the G10 tournament will be held in 7 rounds. The other tournaments will be held in 9 rounds.
