Armenian chess players are among the leaders in the "Aeroflot Open 2024"

The second game day of the "Aeroflot Open 2024" international chess tournament has ended.

After 4 rounds, the leaders of the tournament are Russian GMs Alexander Grischuk and Ilia Iljiushenok, who have 3.5 points.

Armenian GMs Hovik Hayrapetyan, Haik Martirosyan, Samvel Ter-Sahakyan and Manuel Petrosyan have 3 points and are in the 3rd, 11th, 12th and 16th places, respectively.

FMs Erik Hakobyan and Aleks Sahakyan have 2.5 points.

The 5th round will start tomorrow at 12 p.m. Armenian time.
