The "Aeroflot Open 2024" tournament is concluded

The international chess tournament "Aeroflot Open 2024" held in Moscow, Russia, has ended.

The winner of the tournament became GM Amin Tabatabaei, who scored 7.5 points out of 9. He only lost to the Armenian IM Arsen Davtyan.

GM Haik Martirosyan scored 6.5 points and shared the 2-5th places. With the additional tiebreakers, Haik took the 4th place.

GM Manuel Petrosyan scored 6 points and took the 7th place.

GM Samvel Ter-Sahakyan also scored 6 points, but took the 16th place with additional tiebreakers.

Our chess players FM Erik Hakobyan and FM Erik Gasparyan fulfilled the IM norms.
