Armenian Youth and Girls Championship Semifinal Tournament is underway

Armenian Youth and Girls Championship Semifinal Tournament has started at the Chess Academy of Armenia today.

About 600 chess players are participating in the championship this year.

The Chief Arbiter of the championship is the International Arbiter Anushavan Arakelyan.

The chess players who take the following places in their age groups will have the right to participate in the final tournament of the championship:
U8 boys: 1-12
U10 boys: 1-12
U12 boys: 1-10
U14 boys: 1-7
U16 boys: 1-7
U18 boys: 1-3
U10 girls: 1-12
U12 girls: 1-10
U14 girls: 1-7
U16 girls: 1-5
