Karen Asrian Memorial International Chess Tournament is underway

Today, on April 24, the Karen Asrian Memorial International Chess Tournament started at the Chess Academy of Armenia.

There are 73 chess players from 9 countries in the tournament, including 9 grandmasters and 6 international masters.

Before the start of the tournament, the participants observed a minute of silence in the memory of Karen Asrian and the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
