The 7th round of the World Junior U20 Chess Championship 2024 has ended.

In the Open section, GM Emin Ohanyan and GM Mamikon Gharibyan have 5.5 points and are half a point behind the leader. Mamikon and Emin will play against each other tomorrow. IM Arsen Davtyan has 4 points.

In the Girls section, WIM Mariam Mkrtchyan has 5.5 points and is half a point behind the leader. Milena Gasparyan has 4 points.

The 8th round will start tomorrow at 13:30 Armenian time.
