Armenian teams start with a confident victory

Armenian teams started the Chess Olympiad 2024 with a confident victory.

The men's team won the Maltese team with a score of 4:0.

GM Haik Martirosyan, GM Shant Sargsyan, GM Robert Hovhannisyan and GM Karen Grigoryan played today.

The women's team beat the team of Trinidad and Tobago also with a score of 4:0

IM Lilit Mkrtchian, WIM Mariam Mkrtchyan, IM Anna Sargsyan and WIM Susanna Gaboyan played today.

In the 2nd round, our men's team will compete with the Andorra team, and the women's team will compete with the Mexican team.
