Armenian teams ended their matches in a draw in the penultimate round

In the penultimate 10th round of the 45th FIDE Chess Olympiad, the Armenian men's and women's national teams finished their matches with a score of 2:2.

Today our men's team drew with the Ukrainian team.

GM Robert Hovhannisyan won, the games of GM Haik Martirosyan and GM Shant Sargsyan ended in a draw, and Gabriel Sargsyan lost.

Our women's team drew with the Spanish team.

GM Elina Danielyan and IM Anna Sargsyan won, while IM Lilit Mkrtchian and WIM Mariam Mkrtchyan lost.

The last round of the will start tomorrow at 13:00 Armenian time.

Before the last round, the Armenian men's team shares the 4th-11th places, and the women's team shares the 5th-9th places.
