The World Youth and Girls Chess Championship is underway

On October 29, the World Youth and Girls Chess Championship 2024 started in Florianopolis, Brazil.

There are 4 participants from Armenia: IM Arsen Davtyan, FM Aleks Sahakyan, Gor Askanazyan and Sona Krkyasharyan.

All our chess players won in the first round.

The 2nd round will start today at 22:00 Armenian time.
