The World Cadet Chess Championship has started

The World Cadet Chess Championship 2024 is underway in Montesilvano, Italy.

The championship will be held in 11 rounds.

Tyhran Ambartsumian, Davit Stepanyan, Davit Melkonyan, Armen Vardanyan, Samvel Movsisyan, Robert Kaytsakyan, Gabriela Harutyunyan, Nare Isakhanyan and Sofia Baghramyan won in the first round.

The 2nd round will start on November 16 at 18:00 Armenian time.
