The 7th round of the Armenian men's and women's chess championships is concluded

The 7th round of the 85th Armenian Chess Championship and the 80th Armenian Women's Championship has ended.

In the men's championship, FM Sargis Sargsyan, GM Zaven Andriasian and GM Karen Grigoryan won today.

GM Manuel Petrosyan - IM Artur Davtyan and GM Robert Hovhannisyan - GM Tigran Harutyunyan games ended in a draw.

So, after 7 rounds, the sole leader in the men's championship remains GM Robert Hovhannisyan, who has 5 points. 

IM Artur Davtyan and FM Sargis Sargsyan have 4.5 points.

In the women's championship, WFM Mariam Avetisyan, Nvard Hayrapetyan, WFM Polina Kobak and Meline Harutyunyan won today.

Milena Gasparyan - WIM Susanna Gaboyan game ended in a draw.

After 7 rounds, the sole leader in the women's championship is WIM Susanna Gaboyan, who has 5.5 points.

WFM Anna Khachatryan has 5 points.
