FIDE has awarded Tigran Azaryan a certificate of appreciation

FIDE awarded certificates of appreciation in the "FIDE Social Chess Award 2025" category to several notable Armenian chess coaches and figures. One of them is Tigran Azaryan.

Tigran Azaryan is a coach at the Chess Academy of Armenia and has been actively coaching since 2017. His students have consistently achieved strong results, with many reaching the final stages of the Armenian Youth Chess Championships. He has trained numerous national champions and medalists across various age groups, both in Armenia and at international tournaments.

The certificate was presented by Armen Gevorgyan, Executive Director of the Armenian Chess Federation, during a ceremony dedicated to International Chess Day.
