Vahe Sukiasyan is European Champion, Tyhran Ambartsumian is Vice-Champion

Here are the results of Armenian chess players at the 2025 European Youth Chess Championship held in Budva, Montenegro.

FM Vahe Sukiasyan became the European U18 Champion.

FM Tyhran Ambartsumian became the European U14 Vice-Champion.

IM Benik Agasarov shared 2-5th places in the European U16 Open Championship and took 4th place on tie-breaks.

IM Robert Piliposyan took 7th place in the U18 Open Championship.

FM Manvel Arakelyan took 8th place in the U14 Open Championship.

Sergey Yenokyan took 10th place in the U12 Open Championship.

Davit Melkonyan took 11th place in the U10 Open Championship.

Nvard Hayrapetyan took 11th place in the U18 Girls Championship.

Ani Avetisyan took 12th place in the U16 Girls Championship.

Manvel Vardanyan took 13th place in the U8 Championship.

WFM Polina Kobak took 14th place in the U18 Girls Championship.

Davit Dalaloyan took 15th place in the U8 Open Championship.

The following players significantly improved their ratings during the championship: Sergey Yenokyan (+190,8), Viktoria Sharajyan (+178), Hamlet Harutyunyan (+136,4), Lilit Kasinyan (+119,6), Mikayel Sargsyan (+110,8), Mane Hakobyan (+99,6), Alisa Hakobova (+97,6), Manvel Vardanyan (+95,6), Mark Margaryan (+92) and Ariana Chilingaryan (+91,2).
