FIDE World Chess Cup
In the first game of the fourth round of the 2025 FIDE World Cup, Armenian GM Gabriel Sargissian and GM Shant Sargsyan finished their games in draws.
GM Gabriel Sargissian (rating: 2616), playing with the black pieces, drew against GM Awonder Liang (USA, rating: 2701).
GM Shant Sargsyan (rating: 2664), playing also with the black pieces, drew against GM Frederik Svane (Germany, rating: 2640).
American-Armenian GM Levon Aronian (rating: 2728), won with the white pieces against GM Radoslaw Wojtaszek (Poland, rating: 2660).
Another American-Armenian GM Samuel Sevian (rating: 2701), playing white, drew against GM Lorenzo Lodici (Italy, rating: 2572).
The second game of the fourth round will start on November 12 at 13:30 Armenian time.
