The Karen Asrian Memorial Chess Tournament has ended

On November 30, the closing ceremony of the Karen Asrian Memorial Round-Robin Chess Tournament, organized by the Armenian Chess Federation, took place at the Tigran Petrosyan Chess House-Sports School.

The tournament brought together Armenia’s leading chess players, as well as participants from India, Iran, Romania, and Uzbekistan.

After four days of intense and exciting competition, the top five results are as follows:
1st place — GM Haik Martirosyan (Armenia)
2nd place — GM Nihal Sarin (India)
3rd place — GM Parham Maghsoodloo (Iran)
4th place — GM Gabriel Sargissian (Armenia)
5th place — GM Shant Sargsyan (Armenia)
