Artur Davtyan has fulfilled all the requirements to earn the Grandmaster title

Armenian chess player Artur Davtyan became the sole winner of the "GM PUTNIK 95" round-robin chess tournament held in Serbia and completed his third GM norm.

It should be noted that Artur has already reached the required 2500 rating and will soon receive the GM title.
