Sargis Manukyan fulfilled his second GM norm

FM Sargis A. Manukyan fulfilled his first GM norm at the "WWRR GM reeks" round-robin tournament held in Belgium.

Sargis scored 7 points out of 9, secured first place, and improved his rating by 73.6 points.
