FIDE awarded the title of IM to Sergey Sklokin-Bagiyan

FIDE awarded the title of IM to chess player Sergey Sklokin-Bagiyan. 

It should also be noted that Sergey changed his flag from FIDE to the Armenian on March 21 of this year, and from now he represents the Armenian Chess Federation.
