"Stepan Avagyan Memorial" International Youth Chess Tournament

The Chess Academy of Armenia is organizing the "Stepan Avagyan Memorial" International Youth Chess Tournament, which will take place from May 27 to June 3, 2026. The tournament will be conducted in a 9 round Swiss system and will be held in different age groups.

The total prize fund of the tournament is 2,350,000 AMD. Participants taking 1-3 places will be awarded with medals and diplomas.
 
The tournament venue is Chess Academy of Armenia (Yerevan, Shevchenko 34).
