The Chess Academy of Armenia and Alpha Pharm pharmacy chain are organizing an Amateur Rapid Chess Team Tournament on July 11 at 11:00 AM at Freedom Square (Opera Square).

Tournament C will be held in a team format, according to the FIDE Laws of Chess, using the Swiss system with 6–7 rounds (depending on the number of participating teams).

Tournament C is open to players under the age of 18 whose national and international ratings do not exceed 2150 (as of May 1, 2026).

Time control: 10 minutes per player for the entire game, with a 2-second increment per move starting from move one.

The deadline for submitting applications is July 9, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
