Results of the Armenian chess players at the European Youth Rapid Chess Championship

Let’s summarize the results of the Armenian chess players at the 2026 European Youth Rapid Chess Championship.

4 representatives of Armenia finished among the top ten.

Sofia Baghramyan scored 7.5 points out of 9 and became the runner-up in the G10 category.

FM Vache Hovakimyan scored 7 points and shared 1st-4th place in the U18 category. Vache took 4th place on tie-breaks.

FM Manvel Arakelyan scored 7 points and shared 2nd-5th place in the U16 category. Manvel took 4th place on tie-breaks.

Manvel Vardanyan scored 7 points and shared 2nd-7th place in the U10 category. Manvel took 4th place on tie-breaks.
