The "Rafael Vaganian Cup" tournament has concluded

The "Rafael Vaganian Cup" round-robin chess tournament, organized by the Yerevan Municipality and the Yerevan Chess Federation, has concluded.

10 chess players under the age of 18 took part in the tournament, competing over three days in rapid and blitz formats.

After an intense and exciting battle, FM Vahe Sukiasyan emerged as the tournament winner.

FM Rudolf Pashikyan and IM Robert Piliposyan tied for 2nd and 3rd places, with Rudolf Pashikyan taking 2nd on tiebreaks.

Anahit Mkrtchyan was also awarded after securing first place in the girls qualification stage, which granted her the right to participate in this tournament.
