Divya Deshmukh wins the Women's World Cup

19-year-old Divya Deshmukh from India wins the 2025 FIDE Women's World Cup.

The silver medal goes to Koneru Humpy, also representing India.

The bronze medal is awarded to Tan Zhongyi from China.

These three players earn the right to participate in the Women's Candidates Tournament, which will take place in April 2026.

Chief Arbiter Mahdi Abdulrahim addresses the audience with a brief speech of appreciation, and then invites the dignitaries on the stage to award the winners:
